We work with job seekers in a number of different interrelated ways as recruiters, coaches and counselors. We stay with you at every step with a goal to guide you to what we hope will be a successful offer and acceptance.

• Early in the process, we will need your resume in hand.
• You can go to Job Search page to view posted jobs and apply online for a specific opening or Register and Submit Your Resume.
• A recruiting specialist will review your resume. If we see a potential fit with a current search, you will be contacted and the job opportunity discussed in detail.
• If you are interested, we will conduct an analysis of the position taking into account your background, relevant experience, employment history, accomplishments, what’s important to you, what you are looking for in your next position, as well as your short and long term career goals.
• If we continue to see a potential fit, we will submit your resume to our client only when and if you give us implicit approval to do so. You will be kept informed of your status.
• Once we’ve established with our client that you meet the qualifications and are an experiential and cultural fit, we begin the interviewing process for which we will ensure you will be fully prepared. We will prep you for each interview, whether telephonic, web-based, on site or otherwise, as well as conduct thorough client and candidate debriefs subsequently to obtain feedback.
• When it comes time for us to discuss a compensation package with your prospective employer, we will coordinate the process based on parameters we have outlined together.
• When an offer is made we will assist in the process, all the way to the start date and beyond.
